Big shout out to Blind Spot. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion today. My husband came in with a blind that needed repair. You were so helpful to him that he had a tear in his eye. Thank you for standing behind your quality products and great customer service.

We have had our whole house done by Blind Spot Etc. It started with planation shutters, then blinds for five windows. I once again called on Ed to create paneled door blinds for our TV room and master bedroom. The time went by and BAM I decided we needed to warm up the 12 ft door wall. We now have the beautiful Luminet by Hunter Douglas in our living room. If you can imagine it The Blind Spot Etc can create it. think big because they can!! Thank you, Ed, Yuko and Steve!!!

Got a motorized sun shade from here. Looks great and takes care of the sun. Prompt and quick responses and instillation. Would recommend.

The Blind Spot staff made this transaction effortless. From the sales people to installation, not a glitch and they let you know every step of the way what was happening. Installation time was shorter than expected and Steve even showed up an hour early, not like other people who run late and don’t even call. You won’t regret hiring the Blind Spot Etc.

The Blind Spot came highly reccomended to us by our Realtor and two of our neighbors. We visited their showroom where Yuko greeted us warmly and showed us around. The showroom was very nice, they had a lot of styles of window treatments to choose from and they had working displays, which was fun and helpful in making a decision, along with Yuko’s expertise. Yuko even gave us 2 different color samples to take home. We set up an appointment for Ed to come to our home to measure for the Plantation shutters we wanted for all of our windows and our sidelight next to our front door.Ed was right on time, very knowledgeable, made suggestions, and was fun to work with. The estimate was pretty close to what we had expected to pay, and we felt it was very fair. They told us it would take several weeks to get the shutters installed, but they were ready sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Steve came out to install them and he was very nice and did a professional job. He even cleaned up after himself. The shutters look beautiful and we are absolutely thrilled with them!

As of last week, Blind Spot Etc. has now created/installed shutters and fabric wrapped vertical blinds throughout our home. Ed is a gem to work with. He’ll absolutely make the correct recommendations to give you the outcome you’re looking for. Shutters are made on their site and available for installation in no time. Speaking of installation, Steve does expert work. Asking for final inspection to ensure your satisfaction and cleans up where needed.
Ona final note, I do not believe you can beat their price and quality of products and service.

Blind Spot has excellent customer service. Even when the manufacturer (Hunter Douglas) wouldn’t step up right away on backing their product, Blind Spot did and corrected a difficult issue, without even knowing if Hunter Douglas would cover the cost of their fix. Uko is great and puts customer satisfaction first!

Ed and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They notice the details and pick out differences in styles of their products and will bring along samples to show the subtle differences.

I have hired The Blind Spot for 2 homes and have referred him to several of my clients. Even if there is a manufacturing problem, they are quick to look in to it and get the problem resolved.

Lastly, they have excellent prices and the turn around time from placing the order to installation is very quick.

We shopped here recently for window treatments. Yuko assisted us by explaining all the options available for the various window treatments. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various products. Such as, what would work in a given window or door opening based on the height, depth, and width of the opening as well as other factors. She explained the differences in pricing for the various products. She really made us feel that they are a highly ethical company which we could rely on for the purchase and installation of our new window treatments

I had the whole house fitted with shutters for windows and verticals for glass doors. Blind Spot did a fantastic job, courteous, professional and addressed any questions I had. I would hire them again.

I’d never gone to a private company for window treatments thinking it would be way outside my budget to do so. To my surprise that wasn’t so. My experience with Blind Spot was exceptional. Ed arrived to measure 13 windows and 2 doors. He made several recommendations but never tried to sell up from what I wanted. He even recommended I wait until my pool was finished before I decided on the sliders. Dealing with Yuko to change the installation date was a breeze. They were very accommodating. Steve did an excellent job installing and cleaning up as I continued unpacking. I will return to Blind Spot for my future needs and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

Edward has been great. He is on time, helps with selection. The installer does a good job. The prices are very reasonable.

Blind Spot is one of the most professional retail organizations I have worked with. Their sales people are very knowledgeable and professional. When you walk into their showroom you see a very large selection so you can get just the right product. Did mention how great both Ed and Yuko are.

I had some very nice and inexpensive patio blinds purchased and installed from blind spot etc and was very very pleased with the staff at the store as well as the respectful installers who came out who honored my wishes because I’m a very picky person. 5 stars to this great company!

This business is phenomenal, they did everything they said they would and more AND ON TIME!! Actually earlier than they had estimated. I had plantation shutters made for my home, they do their own manufacturing so it was far less time and money than ordering from someone who orders them from someone else. I called them with a small problem with the shutter on my front door, they came right out and took care of it and checked all the others while they were there too. Very professional and a breath of fresh after fighting with another window treatment company for months who took our money and provided NOTHING!! I highly recommend them, very nice showroom as well to view their products! I also purchased a custom valance from them – they have someone within the showroom that does just that. Just as impressed with her as well. Recommend them highly!!

I bought a house in Rotonda West as an investment property while I was visiting there over the summer. The house was still under construction when I had to return home 1500 miles away. It was suggested by my property manager to meet with the Blind Spot Etc to do the blinds in the house before I returned home. That meant I had to do everything by email and pictures. Building a house is difficult enough, but I thought putting the finishing touches on from a distance would be impossible. The Blind Spot did an outstanding job selecting and putting all of the right materials in while I was 1500 miles away. Recently, I visited the house and I am extremely pleased how well the job was done. I would highly recommend the Blind Spot Etc.
